Browsing and estimates
We use an essential session cookie to protect forms and keep your saved estimates and activity associated with your current browser session. Market data requests are made by our server. The market provider does not receive your email or wallet details from price requests.
Information you submit
The interest form stores your email, any name you supply, country, selected interest and message. IP addresses and country information are used for spam protection and access restrictions. Older registration records can also contain browser details and referrers. Do not submit wallet seed phrases, private keys or card details.
Spam protection
Our registration form uses session-bound verification, request limits and automated message screening. When Cloudflare verification is active, Cloudflare processes browser and network signals to distinguish people from bots. Optional messages may be screened through our private OpenAI gateway. Dedicated name, email and IP fields are excluded from the AI request, and matching details and contact tokens in message text are minimised. Screening can hold clear unsolicited promotions for administrator review. Held submissions remain separate from the accepted interest list; an administrator can release a genuine enquiry. Please use the official lines of enquiry for legitimate correspondence.
Exchange records
Saved estimates, expiry times and order status are stored privately on the server. A website connection can include a site reference, currency, amount and destination asset. Each enabled website has its own authentication key and can retrieve only its own funding request status.
Planned bank funding and Caxbit Credit
Bank top-ups and Credit accounts are not open yet. Before launch, the applicable account, verification, payment-record and retention information will be presented. Do not send bank statements, card numbers or wallet private keys through the interest form.
Session access and retention
Clearing cookies or ending a browser session may remove your ability to view previous activity. This does not itself erase server-side records. The current service has no self-service account or deletion portal. Registration is an interest list, not a trading account.
The CAX ecosystem
Directory links lead to separate websites with their own privacy practices. Browsing the directory does not share your registration details or sign you into those services.
